How we got here
Three shifts, one direction.
Services first.
We started as a web and mobile development team, learning how businesses in manufacturing and trade actually run by building software for them.
Our own products.
The same problems kept recurring, so we built products instead of proposals: SkillSense for HR and payroll, WaahBooks for accounting and GST, OmniSync for manufacturing operations.
Intelligent and physical.
AI moved from a feature request to a core capability, and clients started asking for the device as well as the app. Both now sit inside one engineering team.
How we work
Six things we hold to.
Product thinking, not ticket taking
We push back on scope that won't earn its keep, and we say so early rather than after the invoice.
One team, whole journey
Design, engineering, firmware and QA report into the same delivery lead.
Write it down
Architecture decisions, data contracts and test plans exist as documents you keep.
Ship in small pieces
Short cycles with something working at the end of each, rather than a reveal at month six.
Own the boring parts
Monitoring, backups, updates and on-call are part of the work, not an upsell.
Stay after launch
Most of our relationships are measured in years, not deliverables.
Where we work
One studio in Haryana, clients across four continents.
Our engineering team sits in Hisar and works with founders and enterprises in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia-Pacific - in their hours, on their release schedule.
